Returns / Exchange due to product damage during shipping

At Bahava, we strictly follow high standards of quality. We check, re-check and then check again before we ship your order. Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. We will accept a return / refund only in the case of a damaged product during shipping.

A lot of care is taken while packing our products before shipping. However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will surely replace the product for you or provide you with a store credit if the product is out of stock.

Following is the process to be followed if you receive a damaged product:

  • The buyer/recipient should email or whatsapp us the photo of the damaged product within 10 hours of delivery. Email: [email protected] / Whatsapp: +91 84596 84190
  • We, at Bahava will verify the damages and confirm the exchange.
  • Buyer will need to send us back the damaged product within 7 working days after confirmation in email from us.
  • Products which are sent without a confirmation email from Bahava will not be considered for replacement or refund.
  • Product returned after 7 working days will not be accepted.
  • Once the damaged product is received by us, we will send a confirmation email of the receipt and we will send a replacement product or send you a store credit if the product is out of stock.
  • If you do not wish for replacement of the damaged product, then do intimate us about the same. We will initiate a refund ONLY AFTER we receive the damaged product from your side.

If we notice that the product is not damaged during shipping but due to the handling of the product after it is received, we will not exchange it. This will be solely decided by the team at Bahava.

Returns / Exchange due to unsatisfactory product specifications
Product specifications such as dimensions, color, material, care instruction etc. have been mentioned for most of our products. You could write to us incase of any doubt or to confirm the same before placing an order.

No product will be exchanged or replaced on the basis of color, material, dimensions or inappropriate care. While taking product photos we take care to represent the most accurate colors. But colors of the physical product might differ slightly in the pictorial representation due to the difference in media.

If you are not sure about the color feel free to contact us and confirm it. No product will be replaced on basis of color difference.

We do not exchange or accept returns, if you do not like the product because it is bigger, smaller or heavier than you thought it would be. We are happy to resolve any queries you might have before you place the order.

Cancellation of order:
An order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. We will cancel the order ONLY if the product is out of stock from our end. In such cases full refund will be initiated from our side.

5-7 Working Days (Mon-Sat) Delivery: Within India
10-12 Working Days (Mon-Sat) Delivery: Outside India

All timelines are calculated in terms of working days of our courier partner. Sundays and national holidays are non-working days for our courier partner.

Guarantee / Warranty
There is no guarantee/warranty for any of our products. We use the best quality raw material that is allergy free. However if you are allergic to non-gold jewelry we do not hold any responsibility to any kind of damage.

All our product designs, photos and also the content are entirely our creation. Please do not use any design, image or content without our prior written permission. If this is violated, it may lead to legal action being taken against you.
